Refund Policy

At E-digital Biz, we strive to deliver the highest quality design and marketing services. Due to the nature of our offerings, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Digital Downloads

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products (e.g., Social Media Template Packs), all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Productized & Custom Services

For services purchased via our store or through a custom proposal (e.g., Web Builds, Branding Kits, Audits), refunds are evaluated on a milestone basis:

• If you request a cancellation before any work has commenced, a full refund (minus a 5% processing fee) will be issued.
• Once research, wireframing, or initial design concepts have been delivered, up to 50% of the project fee becomes non-refundable to cover the labor incurred.
• Once final files are delivered or campaigns are launched, no refunds will be provided.

3. Monthly Retainers (Marketing & SEO)

Monthly retainer services require a 30-day written cancellation notice. We do not prorate or refund past months of service, as the labor and ad spend management have already been executed.
